This website is run by Let's Create SE, Stockholm, Sweden. We are responsible for the personal data described below. Questions? Email contact@letscreatese.com.
What we collect
Newsletter: when you sign up, we collect your email address. That is the only personal data the newsletter sign-up asks for.
Brand enquiries: the enquiry form on our Brands page asks for your name, email address, company, what you have in mind, an approximate budget and timing.
Volunteering: the volunteer form on our festival page asks for your name, email address, Instagram handle and what you would like to help with.
Email: if you email us (for example about a collaboration, the festival or volunteering), we keep the messages and the details you choose to share, so we can reply.
Why we use it
We use your email address to send you our newsletter: events, open calls and news from Let's Create. We only send it because you asked for it (your consent), and you can unsubscribe at any time with the link at the bottom of every newsletter. We use what you send us through the enquiry and volunteer forms, and by email, to answer you and follow up on the collaboration or volunteering you asked about.
Who handles it
Our newsletter is sent with Brevo, which stores the subscriber list on our behalf. The enquiry and volunteer forms are handled by Netlify, the company that hosts this website, which stores the messages on our behalf and forwards them to us by email. We never sell your data or share it with brands or partners.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address until you unsubscribe. Emails you send us are kept for as long as they are needed for the conversation or project they are about. The same applies to messages sent through our forms, which we delete from Netlify once they are no longer needed.
Cookies
This site doesn't use analytics, tracking or advertising cookies. It only remembers, in your own browser, whether you prefer the Index or Grid view of our library. Nothing is sent to us.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Just email contact@letscreatese.com. If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can also contact the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
