SUBWAE Stockholm Pop-up

Let's Create produced SUBWAE's first activation in Stockholm: a three-day brand experience introducing the Ghanaian unisex label, founded by Christopher Akpo in 2018, to Stockholm's creative and fashion community. SUBWAE is rooted in storytelling and sustainable craftsmanship, working with deadstock fabrics and materials like organic cotton and linen.

Held during Stockholm Fashion Week at Southnord, a gallery platforming Afro-Nordic artists, the pop-up was designed as a cultural moment rather than a retail activation. It opened with an intimate launch dinner and an evening reception with DJs and drinks. It was followed by two community days with a showroom, pop-up store and matcha and coffee bar.
